Cunderdin Cobweb Run
Centrepoint Midland
08:00 – 15:30
This is a 450km run with 2000 metres of elevation change designed to stretch your SAAB's legs and clean out the injectors.
We meet at 8:00 am at Centrepoint Midland.
Make sure you have full travel mugs and empty bladders before our 8:30 am departure; we don't intend to stop until we reach Cunderdin.
The route will take us through Bullsbrook and then along Julimar road to Toodyay.
Then we'll be on the open road through the early wild flowers and canola blossoms to Dowerin.
About fifteen kilometers outside Dowerin, we'll turn south to arrive in Cunderdin at about 11:30pm, where we can stretch our legs and spend an hour or so at the No. 3 Pump Station Museum. Refreshments are available locally, but you may want to bring along your own snack.
We leave Cunderdin at 12:30pm sharp to Grass Valley Tavern for lunch.
Return home at your leisure.

37th Annual British Car Day in Gingin
Centrepoint Midland
09:00 – 15:00
We will meet at Centrepoint Midland at 9:00am for a 9:30 departure to Gingin - a straight run north.
Detailed arrangements for the day will be discussed at our next meeting and the event will be updated.
Be kind. On the way, you may see some classics from the West Midlands on the roadside with owners peering into the engine bays. Now, they may be admiring the Lucas electrics or the vapour-locked SU, but just in case they're not, stop and offer them a ride to Gingin.
There are plenty of potential SAAB enthusiasts out there. They just need to be shown the way.

Army Museum and Azelia Ley Homestead
Lo Quay River Cafe
09:00 – 11:00
We meet at the Le Quay River Café on Fern Road Wilson at 9am for Breakfast or Coffee.
At around 10:30, we'll leave Le Quay for a scenic drive along the Swan River to the Army Museum in Fremantle.
After a looking round the Army Museum a for a reasonable time, we take a short drive south to Manning Park, there we can attempt the Manning Stairs to the Cockburn Lookout for views of the coast and hills. Also within Manning Park is the early colonial splendour of the Azelia Ley Homestead, well worth a visit.
For those still game, it’s a short drive for a coffee (or beer) overlooking the Indian Ocean and boat harbour at Port Coogee.
